Refunds for bookings made through Zia e Madani Travels are processed based on the time remaining before the scheduled departure or service date. Below is the breakdown of our refund policy:

a. 20 Days or More Before Departure

  • Refund Amount: 100% of the total booking amount. 
  • Conditions: Full refunds are available if you cancel your booking 20 days or more before the scheduled departure or service date.

b. 10 Days Before Departure

  • Refund Amount: 50% of the total booking amount. 
  • Conditions: A partial refund of 50% is applicable if you cancel your booking 10 days before the scheduled departure or service date.

c. 1 Week (7 Days) Before Departure

  • Refund Amount: 30% of the total booking amount. 
  • Conditions: A minimal refund of 30% is available if you cancel your booking 7 days before the scheduled departure or service date.

d. Within 48 Hours of Departure

  • Refund Amount: No refund. 
  • Conditions: No refunds will be issued if you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled departure or service date.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable due to third-party agreements or supplier policies. These include:

  • Visa processing fees. 
  • Travel insurance premiums. 
  • Special event tickets (e.g., concerts, sports events). 
  • Customized or tailor-made tour packages.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution. 
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

5. Compliance with Razorpay Terms

By using our services, you agree to comply with Razorpay’s terms and conditions regarding refunds, which include:

  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method. 
  • Sensitive payment information is not stored by Zia e Madani Travels, as per Razorpay’s security protocols. 
  • Any disputes related to refunds must be resolved directly with Zia e Madani Travels and not Razorpay.
